PRIVACY

PRIVACY POLICY.

Last updated August 23, 2026. This policy explains how DisputeOps Desk handles information, hosting data, advertising technologies, and privacy choices.

Information you choose to send

The site does not provide user accounts, checkout, or a database-backed contact form. If you email the published contact address, your email provider and ours process the message, sender address, routing information, and any content you choose to include. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, government IDs, or unnecessary dispute evidence.

Basic hosting and security data

The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent data, timestamps, requested URLs, and security signals in order to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the site. Retention and processing by the hosting provider are governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Google advertising and cookies

DisputeOps Desk may use Google AdSense to display advertising when advertising is enabled for the site. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google and its advertising partners may use non-personally identifiable information — information that does not directly identify you — about visits to this site and other sites to make advertising more relevant.

Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and can use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out for participating companies. Additional information about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services is available from Google's partner-sites privacy information.

Consent for EEA, UK, and Switzerland traffic

When personalized Google ads are served to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the site must use a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework as required by Google. Consent configuration is handled through the advertising/CMP setup and should be completed before personalized ads are served to users in those regions.

Analytics

The source package does not require a third-party analytics script. If analytics is enabled in production, this policy should be updated to identify the tool and the data practices actually in use. Advertising and analytics configuration should not be represented here as active unless it is actually deployed.

Evidence Builder data

Checklist selections in the Evidence Builder are kept only in the current browser state. They are not submitted to a DisputeOps Desk database by the current application code and disappear when the page is reloaded. Do not paste or upload sensitive cardholder credentials into the tool.

External links

Guides link to processor, card-network, platform, and other third-party documentation. Those sites control their own data practices. Following an external link leaves DisputeOps Desk.

Data retention

The site itself does not store Evidence Builder selections. Emails you send may be retained as needed to answer the request, document corrections, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

Your privacy choices

Advertising privacy controls can vary by location and by the tools enabled on the site. Use the consent or privacy controls shown to you when available, use Google Ads Settings for Google advertising preferences, or contact the site about a privacy question.

Privacy questions can be sent to support@disputeopsdesk.pro.
